1. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times before the item is returned to our warehouse.
To avoid delays or missed deliveries, please ensure that you provide a valid and reachable mobile number while placing your order. This helps our delivery team contact you easily and ensures a smoother delivery process.

2. ID Proof for High-Value Orders

For certain high-value products and specific delivery locations, our delivery partners may require a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving License, or Passport) at the time of delivery. This step is taken to ensure secure and accurate handover of valuable goods.

3. Partial Shipments

In some cases, items from a single order may be shipped separately due to different availability or warehouse locations.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number, which can be tracked individually on our Track Order page.
You can use your original order number to access the tracking details of all partial shipments under that order.
